Ingredients: Pad Thai Noodles

  • 1/2 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 Cooking Oil
  • 3 Eggs, beaten
  • 150 grams Thick Dried Noodles, soaked in warm water for 5 minutes, then drained
  • 100 grams Spinach
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 5 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 1 Carrot, grated
  • 1 tsp Minced Ginger

How to Make Pad Thai Noodles

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Pad Thai Noodles in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix the soy sauce, lime juice, ginger and sweet chilli sauce together. Set aside.
  • Step 2
  • In a very hot wok, stir-fry the eggs and noodles in the oil for about 2 minutes, until the eggs are lightly scrambled.
  • Step 3
  • Add the other ingredients and stir-fry for a further 3-5 minutes, or until the noodles are cooked and the liquid has mostly boiled away.
