  • Wet ingredients
  • 2 cup Coconut milk
  • 3 each Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/3 cup Coconut sugar
  • Dry ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Coconut flour
  • 1 cup Tapioca flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 each Banana (optional)

How to Make Paleo cakes

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Paleo cakes in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Whisk together wet ingredients.
  • Step 2
  • Whisk dry ingredients or sift, as the flour is clumpy.
  • Step 3
  • Combine both bowls into one and whisk together.
  • Step 4
  • (Optional) Mash bananas (or other fruit) and fold into batter
  • Step 5
  • Leave batter to sit for 10 minutes and then whisk again.
  • Step 6
  • Preheat pan with coconut oil (or butter)
  • Step 7
  • When the pan is ready, use your ladle to pour the batter into the pan. About 5 minutes for the first side, flip for an additional 2 minutes or desired browness.
  • Step 8
  • Top with your favorite syrup or sauce. Enjoy ☺
