  • 12 oz clams
  • 3 andouille sausage
  • 3 roma tomatoes
  • 1 red pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 saffron
  • 1 cayenne pepper
  • 1 turmeric
  • 1 paprika
  • 3 oz bone broth
  • 1 cauliflower head
  • 1
  • 2 garlic

How to Make Paleo Paella

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Paleo Paella in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Use a food processor to make the cauliflower rice
  • Step 2
  • In a pot pan, boiled the cauliflower rice with the bone broth until soft
  • Step 3
  • In a paella pan or frying pan, sautee the garlic and the onion until the onion is transparent
  • Step 4
  • Add to the pan the red peppers, chicken, and sausage. When the chicken is almost ready, add the seafood
  • Step 5
  • Add the cauliflower rice to the pan. Add spices and garnish with parsley and green onions
  • Step 6
  • Add hot sauce if desired
