  • 50 grams cocoa powder
  • 50 grams grated dark chocolate
  • 60 grams milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 16 grams baking powder
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch vanillin

How to Make Palicao Melt-in-your-mouth ChocoBiscuits

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Palicao Melt-in-your-mouth ChocoBiscuits in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix margarine,butter,sugar and cinnamon until it turns into an homogeneous dough.

  • Add milk, salt and the vanillin (or a vanilla extract) and mix

  • Step 4
  • Mix until you have an homogeneous dough, then wrap it into plastic and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  • Flatten the dough and cut it into small disks or squares (3×3 cm)
  • Step 6
  • Heat the oven at 180°C. Put the biscuits in a backin pan with a non stick backin sheet.
  • Step 7
  • Cook for 4 minutes or until you see cracks on the surface.
  • Step 8
  • wait until the biscuits ar cold and then serve!
