  • 1 cup cooked ditalini or elbow macaroni
  • 1 chicken breast boiled dice
  • 2 tbsp mayonise i used miracle whip or any brand
  • 1/2 cup cheddar chesse cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup raisin
  • 1 small can pineapple chunks drained
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped onion red/white
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste you can use white pepper
  • 1 hard boiled egg for garnish (optional)
