  • 1 Salt
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Shiso salad dressing

    Step 1
  • Pat dry the amberjack with paper towels. Sprinkle salt on both sides..
  • Step 2
  • Heat a skillet, then place the amberjack from Step 1 in the skillet. Pan-fry over medium-high heat until golden brown, and flip over.
