  • 10 grams Butter

    Step 1
  • Bring the cream cheese to room temperature or microwave it (at 500 - 600W) for about 20 seconds. Stir it to soften. Add honey and mix well.
  • Step 2
  • Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit and skin.
  • Step 3
  • Make the caramel. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Add the granulated sugar when most of the butter has melted.
  • Step 4
  • Stir the mixture and make it even when it starts to brown around the edges.
  • Step 5
  • Place the avocado cut side down in the pan. Cook over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes. Turn off the heat.
  • Step 6
  • Place the avocado cut side up and serve on a plate.
  • Step 7
  • Divide the mixture you made at Step 1 into two and fill in the pit hole of the avocado slices. Pour the remaining caramel in the pan over them.
  • Step 8
  • They are delicious when just cooked, but in summer I recommend you chill them in the refrigerator before serving.
