  • 200 grams orka, stems removed and sliced in half
  • a good pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp to 2 olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • Rinse the orka under running water and then dry with paper towels. Prepare your orka.
  • Step 2
  • Heat the olive oil in a frying pan.

  • Let it fry and become slightly charred. Shake the pan regularly so the orka doesn't stick.
