  • 1 lb hot italian sausage, ground
  • 1 bunch flat parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp corriander, ground
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • Garnish
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tsp olive oil

  • Heat pan on medium. Cook sausage. Then remove from pan.
