Ingredients: Panacotta

  • 450 ml milk
  • 250 ml sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 20 grams gelatin powder
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 cup warm milk, for the gelatin
  • 1 any flavoured syrup, for toping

How to Make Panacotta

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Panacotta in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Warm up milk, sour cream, vanilla & sugar to medium heat.
  • Step 2
  • When it's warm enough, about 10 minutes, dissolve gelatin in hot milk, add in the mixure and stir well.
  • Step 3
  • Put in bowls or in a different shape form and put it to the fridge to cool.
  • Step 4
  • When you're ready to serve, add syrup on top. (Usually that's how it's served)
