  • 100 grams gluten free bread flour
  • 150 ml coconut dream (alternative to milk)
  • 1 egg

How to Make Pancakes (gluten and dairy free)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Pancakes (gluten and dairy free) in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Add the GFB flour, coconut dream and egg to a bowl and mix/whisk until evenly mixed.
  • Step 2
  • Add a small amount of oil to a frying pan and bring to heat.
  • Step 3
  • Add some of the mixture ( i use a ladel) to the frying pan and cook on the one side then flip/toss and cook on otherside until golden brown.
  • Step 4
  • Serve as desired. My family like these with maple syrup or sqeeze an orange onto the pancake and a sprinkle of sugar.
