  • 1 Egg (large size)
  • 120 grams Cake flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 30 grams Granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Pancake syrup (or honey)
  • 5 grams Baking powder
  • 80 ml Milk
  • 1 few drops Vanilla extract

How to Make Pancakes

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Pancakes in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Add the eggs, salt, and granulated sugar to a bowl and mix well. Then add the oil and pancake syrup and mix.
  • Step 2
  • Heat the frying pan on low. Add 40 ml of milk to the bowl and mix, then add cake flour and baking powder, and mix until no longer powdery.
  • Step 3
  • Add the remaining milk and mix well. Then, add the vanilla extract.
  • Step 4
  • Pour half of the batter into your warmed frying pan, and cook for 6 minutes on a slightly higher low heat.
  • Step 5
  • Once the top has swelled, flip it over, cover, and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Step 6
  • Top with butter and pancake syrup (not listed) and it's done.
