  • 4 slices of panettone
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 50 ml whole milk
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • vanilla custard
  • 2 knobs of butter

How to Make Panettone French Toast

    Step 1
  • Mix the eggs and milk together in a shallow bowl.
  • Step 2
  • In a frying pan over a low to medium heat melt the butter.
  • Step 3
  • Soak the panettone slices on each side in the egg mixture.

  • Add the slices to the hot pan as you go along and fry on each side for 2 minutes.
