  • 8 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 1 Salt, pepper, lemon juice, Italian parsley

How to Make Panzanella with Mozzarella Cheese

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Panzanella with Mozzarella Cheese in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut the bread into pieces and place in a bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and and add 1/2 tablespoon of wine vinegar and 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil. Combine well.
