  • 1/2 Papaya
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1 can Canned tuna
  • 100 ml ◎Dashi stock
  • 1 tbsp ◎Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp ◎Sake
  • 1 tbsp ※Sesame oil (for stir frying)

How to Make Papaya Stir-Fry

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Papaya Stir-Fry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut the papaya in half and peel the skin. Julienne the papaya with a slicer or something similar and soak in water to remove the acerbic taste.
  • Step 2
  • Cut the carrot into the same sized thin strips.
  • Step 3
  • Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan. Add the papaya and carrot and stir-fry so that they are coated in the oil. Once they become tender, add the tuna.
  • Step 4
  • Add the ◎ ingredients and simmer until the liquid evaporates.
  • Step 5
  • Once the liquid has evaporated, it's done.
