  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

How to Make Pariser Stangerl

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Pariser Stangerl in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Step 2
  • Roll out (with pleny of flour) to about 5mm thickness and cut into strips of about 1x7cm.
  • Step 3
  • Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, then add sugar bit by bit, all the while beating.
  • Step 4
  • Add meringue on top and place one by one on a baking dish covered with rice paper 1cm apart
