  • 8 oz parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz asiago cheese
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 1/2 tbsp chopped basil
  • 2 tbsp chopped scallion
  • 1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Parmesan & Asiago Salsa in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Place all ingredients except oil into food processor
  • Step 2
  • Pulse for 10 seconds while adding oil
  • Step 3
  • Scrape sides and pulse another 5 seconds. Repeat until cheeses are diced well.
  • Step 4
  • Transfer salsa into sealed container to refrigerate
  • Step 5
  • Allow to sit at least 24 hours.
  • Step 6
  • Bring to room temperature slowly before serving. Do not heat!
