  • 4 tbsp dry breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 lb Ocean Perch fillets
  • 2 tbsp margarine, melted
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

    Step 1
  • Move oven rack to position slightly above middle of oven
  • Step 2
  • Heat oven to 375°F. Spray rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2", with cooking spray.
