  • Chicken
  • 3 skinless chicken breasts
  • To taste salt
  • To taste Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/8 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • To taste Italian bread crumbs
  • Garlic Herb Butter
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons basil
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • Noodles
  • 1/2 box angel hair pasta
  • 1 Zest and juice of lemon
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

How to Make Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Garlic Herb Noodles

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Garlic Herb Noodles in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Step 2
  • Sprinkle salt and Italian seasoning on both sides of chicken. (Make sure to wash chicken off and pat with a paper towel so seasoning will stick) I cut into chicken so it'll cook faster on thick pieces of breasts (optional)
  • Step 3
  • Combine mayo and cheese in a bowl, mix well. Top evenly to the top of chicken. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. (Do not form a thick layer of crumbs or it will not brown) just sprinkle
  • Step 4
  • Bake for 25-35 minutes until chicken is cooked and the top turns a little brown
  • Step 5
  • For the Garlic Herb Butter, combine all ingredients into a small bowl and put in fridge until noodles are done cooking. (You can also buy pre made garlic herb butter)
  • Step 6
  • Cook and drain pasta. Combine in a medium bowl, garlic herb butter from fridge and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
  • Step 7
  • Eat chicken and noodles in one bite! Enjoy!
