  • 1 cup italian bread crumbs

  • dash onion powder
  • 1 salt
  • 1 ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • Blend breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and onion powder on a flat plate
