  • 2 tsp thyme
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides; coat well with cooking spray.

  • Step 4

  • Step 6
  • Add the batter to the prepared pans and bake 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
