  • 1 cup Arborio rice
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Evoo
  • 3 1/2 cup of hot chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup Onion diced
  • 2 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

How to Make Parmesan Risotto

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Parmesan Risotto in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat olive oil and butter in a medium sauce pot. Add rice and sauté for 3 minutes stirring constantly
  • Step 2
  • Add garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Step 3
  • Add 1 cup of hot stock and cook stirring constantly until absorbed
  • Step 4
  • Add another cup of stock and stir frequently until absorbed.
  • Step 5
  • Add 1 cup of stock stirring until absorbed
  • Step 6
  • Add remaining 1/2 cup of stock and stir until mixture thickens. Then add Parmesan cheese and parsley mix well.
  • Step 7
  • Plate and serve with a drizzle of evoo
