  • 2 lb Ground beef
  • 1 can Crushed tomatoes (Large can)
  • 1 can Kidney beans
  • 2 cup Frozen corn (1 canned if handy)
  • 1 can Tomato paste
  • 1 large Package of beef broth
  • 2 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 1 stick Sliced celery
  • 1 large Carrot sliced
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cup Egg noodles ( or your noodle of choice)
  • 1 tbsp Dried basil
  • 1 tbsp Dried oregano
  • 2 Salt and Pepper

How to Make Pasta Fagioli

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Pasta Fagioli in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Brown ground beef then drain
  • Step 2
  • Combine everything but noodles in a large pot and cook for 2-3 hours
  • Step 3
  • Before serving add noodles and let cool for 15 more minutes.
  • Step 4
  • Salt and pepper to taste. I tend to like my stuff a bit salty.
