  • Sauté Ingredients
  • 400 grams Pasta
  • 2 tsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 4 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 oz fresh baby spinach
  • 1 freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb chicken strips
  • Herb & Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar cream
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt

How to Make Pasta Fresca

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Pasta Fresca in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Place the spinach in a covered pan over low heat for about 4 min. Chop ans set aside when done.
  • Step 2
  • In the same pan sauté the onion, chicken and garlic until chicken is lightly brown.
  • Step 3
  • Minewhile in a small bowl, whisk together vinaigrette ingredients (olive oil, balsamic, white wine, pasley and salt) until well-blended.
  • Step 4
  • In a large pot, boil salted water, and cook pasta al dente and drain.
  • Step 5
  • Put the drainrd pasta back into the pot and put in the spinach, the vinaigrette and the grated parmesan. Stir well and serve.
