  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 lb shrimp
  • 2 packages powder pesto sauce mix
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp butter

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Pasta-less low carb cheesy pesto shrimp! in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350° and spray a standard cake pan.
  • Step 2
  • Layer bottom of greased pan with one cup cheese. In a bowl mix together remaining crust ingredients and pour over cheese / spread out evenly. Bake for 12 minutes.
  • Step 3
  • Meanwhile prepare filling by heating a large skillet, add butter and milk. Then add shrimp and saute until pink. Add sauce mix, oil and water. Stir and bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • Take out crust and layer with half cup cheese, then with a Vented/ slit spoon, spoon shrimp over crust with as little juice as possible. Top with remaining cheese and bake 15 minutes.
  • Step 5
