Ingredients: Pasta Salad

  • 1/2 lb Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 cup Black Olives
  • 1 packages Short Pasta (Farfalle, Penne, etc...)
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Basil leaves (Optional)
  • 2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar (Optional)

How to Make Pasta Salad

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Pasta Salad in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cook the pasta "al dente", which means hard pasta, so cook exactly the minutes it says in the bok or a minute less.
  • Step 2
  • Cool the pasta under running cold water.
  • Step 3
  • Cut the Mozzarella Cheese in small cubes
  • Step 4
  • Cut the Tomatoes in small cubes
  • Step 5
  • Cut the olives in for small slices
  • Step 6
  • Mix these 3 ingredients and add the Olive Oil and the salt.
  • Step 7
  • Mix everything with the pasta, and season a little more if it needs to. You can add some extra salt and olive oil, black pepper and balsamic vinegar. You might also add some basil leaves.
  • Step 8
  • Reserve in the fridge at least 30 minutes and then it's ready to be served! :)
