  • 1 cup scallions
  • 500 gr mushrooms (i used Shitake, Shimeji and Nameko)
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parsley

  • Prepare the ingredients.
  • Step 2
  • The mushrooms (Shitake, Shimeji and Nameko).

  • Grind the onion and the scallion with a mixer, put in a hot pan and fry them in some olive oil.

  • Add parsley.

  • Cook the pasta, and put on the mushroom sauce; mix them well.
  • Step 10
  • Serve hot.
