  • 1 peach half, from a can (in juice not syrup)
  • 2 tbsp butter, unsalted
  • 50 grams almond flour/ ground almonds
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp Canderel or Splenda
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp juice from the can of peaches
