  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame seed oil
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 5 fresh or canned peaches sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp tumeric
  • salt and pepper
  • rice

  • Combine sambal, oyster sauce sesame seed oil and 2 tbsp of olive oil. Pour over raw chicken and let sit in fridge for 3 hours

  • Step 5
  • Stir the turmeric into the cream in the skillet add salt and pepper to taste. Return the chicken and peaches to the pan and simmer with the cream sauce for another 3 minutes. Serve on top of cooked rice.
