  • 2 lb Medium Size Shrimp
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp White Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 cup White Wine

  • Preheat oven to 450ยบ

  • Chop up half stick of butter & place in cooking tray
  • Step 3
  • Add shrimp evenly in tray with shells on ..do not remove shrimp shells

  • Add white wine to tray

  • Chop up other half stick of butter & disribute evenly over shrimp
  • Step 6
  • Sprinkle the 3 types of peppers over the shrimp & butter

  • Place in oven until shrimp turn color...should take 15 minutes...depending on the size of the shrimp
  • Step 8
  • Pour into bowl with the excess butter & pepper from the bottom of the tray
  • Step 9
  • Peel shell off shrimp & dip into excess pepper butter if desired & don't forget to suck on ur fingers...lol
