  • 16 oz penne pasta
  • 1 1/2 lb hamburger
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp minced onion
  • 2 jars of spaghetti sauce (26oz. each)
  • 2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Step 2
  • Mix hamburger, garlic salt and onion thouroughly. Form into 1 inch meatballs and place in skillet. Cook, turning frequently, until cooked through. Approx. 20-25 minutes. You can use store bought meatballs if you want.
  • Step 3
  • Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Step 4
  • In a large bowl mix meatballs, pasta, sauce and 1 cup of mozzarella. Pour into lightly greased 13x9 baking dish. Cover.
  • Step 5
  • Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly and hot. Uncover and top with remaining cheese. Cook until cheese is melted.
