  • salt and pepper
  • 1 box minute rice
  • 1 1/4 cup vegetable oil

  • Wash peppers
  • Step 2
  • Mushrooms optional
  • Step 3
  • Cut green pepper into strips saute till tender set aside
  • Step 4

  • Brown steak put in bowl add water to skillet bring to boil scraping goodies off bottom add rice simmer cover when rice done add steak then peppers on top cover and simmer 20 min serve with flour tortillas
