Ingredients: PEPPER STEAK

  • 16 oz tender beef strips
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 medium Bell peppers stripped
  • 2 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
  • 4 cup Jasmine rice (cooked)

How to Make PEPPER STEAK

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make PEPPER STEAK in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In large skillet, brown flour coated beef strips.
  • Step 2
  • Add onions and garlic to beef strips and saute.
  • Step 3
  • Add tomatoes in their juice and beef broth to skillet.
  • Step 4
  • Add worchestershire sauce.
  • Step 5
  • Add bell pepper strips and simmer until peppers are done to your liking. I like them cooked through but still holding their shape.
  • Step 6
  • Serve over a bed of cooked rice.
