  • 2 Red bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • 3 tbsp Sriracha sauce (or 4 tbs for more spicy-ness)
  • 5 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Cold water
  • 1 tbsp Corn starch

How to Make Pepper Steak

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Pepper Steak in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a skillet sauté steak, bell peppers and garlic... 3-4 min
  • Step 2
  • In a bowl mix together orange juice, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil add to pan and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer for 15-20 min.
  • Step 3
  • Whisk together water and corn starch add to pan and stir to combine. Continue to cook until thickened.
