  • 250 grams margarine
  • 500 ml coconut
  • 2 1/2 ml baking powder
  • 1 slab peppermint crisp chocolate
  • 250 ml castor sugar
  • 500 ml cake flour
  • 50 ml cocoa


If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make PEPPERMINT BISCUITS in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cream margarine and sugar together.
  • Step 2
  • Add coconut and sifted flour, baking powder and cocoa.
  • Step 3
  • Mix to form a soft dough.
  • Step 4
  • Spread onto a baking sheet 33x21cm and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30mins.
  • Step 5
  • Remove and sprinkle grated chocolate over biscuits while still hot.
  • Step 6
  • When slightly cooled cut into squares or fingers.
