  • 3 onions, chopped
  • 50 grams tomato paste
  • 1 can 400 grams peeled and chopped tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 kg chicken livers
  • 2 clove garlic, chopped
  • 200 ml full cream milk
  • 250 ml cream
  • 2 tsp chicken spice
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 salt to taste
  • ground black pepper
  • 250 ml Peri Peri sauce

  • Lightly season chicken livers with chicken spice. Brown in pan over high heat, set aside

  • Add the chicken livers and cook for 30 minutes, stirring constantly.
