  • 1 bunch fresh rosemary
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Pan fried salmon
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp peri peri spices
  • 2 salmon fillet, 3cm thick
