  • 2 sheets Ready-to-bake Puff Pastry
  • Egg wash
  • Filling:
  • 3 Granny Smith apples, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp corn flour
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tsp butter
  • 3 tsp milk

How to Make Personal Apple Pie

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Personal Apple Pie in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat the oven to 200C/400F.
  • Step 2
  • Melt butter, add apples cubed, cinnamon powder. Mix well.
  • Step 3
  • Add in brown sugar, mix until well corporated.
  • Step 4
  • Mix corn flour with milk, pour in the corn flour mix to the apples. Mix well. Put aside.
  • Step 5
  • Cut the pastry sheets to the preferred sizes.
  • Step 6
  • Take two sheets of puff pastry. Put one tablespoon apple mix on top the first sheets. Put the second sheet over the apple mix. Use a sharp knife to cut slits in the top of the crust for steam vents.
  • Step 7
  • Press all four sides with your finger or using fork, use egg wash if necessary.
  • Step 8
  • Use a pastry brush to brush the egg wash over the top.
  • Step 9
  • Place on baking sheet and bake the pies about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
