  • 1 salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 grated parmesan
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 2 tbsp salted butter

  • heat pan to medium high brown gound beef peppers and onion until meat is done..drain
