Ingredients: Philly cheese steak sandwich

  • 1 cup thinly sliced onion rings
  • 1/2 cup red/yellow/orange peppers
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 cup Priano Portobello Mushrooms (sliced) with Roasted Red Peppers (Aldi)
  • 2 slice Steak
  • 6 tbsp Itailian Dressing
  • 3 slice sub cheese (Swiss & American mix)
  • 1 each Costanzo's Sub Roll

How to Make Philly cheese steak sandwich

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Philly cheese steak sandwich in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Sautéing the onions and peppers in a pan with butter and Season Salt. Add minced garlic to the mix (optional). After they are done remove from pan.
  • Step 2
  • Using same pan add dressing and steaks to pan and cook until meat starts turning brown.
  • Step 3
  • After they brown add onions and peppers back along with peppers and mushrooms. Simmer everything until warm.
  • Step 4
  • Arrange ingredients in pan to shape the roll and add cheese to the top of the pile. Optional cheeses are Provolone or Cheese Whiz. Cover pan to melt cheese.
  • Step 5
  • Toast sub roll if desired and serve.
