  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 1/2 lb cube steak
  • 1 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 packages tortilla chips (your preference)
  • cheese sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp flour
  • 1 salt/pepper to taste
  • 1 packages 8oz shredded provolone cheese

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Philly steak nachos in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat Olive oil in preheated skillet
  • Step 2
  • Crumble cubebsteak and heat in oil until brown drain fat
  • Step 3
  • Add green peppers,mushrooms and onions to skillet and let cook until veggies are no longer hard but crisp and steak is well done
  • Step 4
  • Cheese Sauce: melt butter in saucepan then add flour and let simmer stirring constantly until it becomes a tan color
  • Step 5
  • Add milk and continue stirring
  • Step 6
  • Add entire bag of cheese and stir
  • Step 7
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Step 8
  • If sauce is too thick add a dash more milk, too thin add more flour until preference is reached.
  • Step 9
  • Place tortilla shells on dish and cover with meat mixture. Spoon cheese over dish and Enjoy
