Prepare the ingredients before making Pho in your home. Then, follow these steps below to serve Pho for your family or friends.

Ingredients: Pho

  • 800 ml Chicken soup
  • 150 grams Pho noodles
  • 100 grams Beef for shabu-shabu
  • 1/2 bag Bean sprouts
  • 1/4 Onion (red if you have it)
  • 1 heaping tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 Shredded Japanese leek or coriander (garnish)
  • 1 Limes

How to Make Pho

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Pho in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Boil some water in a pan and boil the bean sprouts, beef (skim off the fat) and pho noodles in that order. (You can use the same water.)
  • Step 2
  • Season the soup with fish sauce then pepper and salt if it needs it.
  • Step 3
  • Add all of the pho ingredients to a bowl and pour the chicken soup over them. Top with garnish and a squeeze of lime juice and it's ready to serve.
