  • 6 button mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 pepper and salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream

How to Make Pierogies with Sauteed Peppers and Onions

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Pierogies with Sauteed Peppers and Onions in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a large saucepan heat broths and cream to a boil, add pierogies cover reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes, turn heat off and let sit in hot broth while preparing vegetables.
