  • 1 packages frozen pierogies
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 packages frozen stir fry vegetables
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce ( I used low-sodium)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp sesame oil

How to Make Pierogy Stir Fry

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Pierogy Stir Fry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cook vegetables according to the package directions. I used the microwave so I could concentrate on the pierogies.
  • Step 2
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a 12" skillet.
  • Step 3
  • Saute the frozen pierogies in the skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
  • Step 4
  • Mix soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, and sesame oil in a small bowl and set aside.
  • Step 5
  • When vegetables are cooked and pierogies are browned on both sides, add vegetables to the skillet.
  • Step 6
  • Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables and stir gently to coat.
  • Step 7
  • Serve immediately. Goes well with a side of egg rolls, pot stickers, or rice!! Enjoy!
