  • 2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice, for thickener
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch, for thickener
  • 20 oz can of crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup sugar

How to Make Pina Colada chicken

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Pina Colada chicken in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Season the chicken. Heat margarine and pan fry/poach the chicken in margarine.
  • Step 2
  • Preheat oven 400 ° Fahrenheit
  • Step 3
  • When browned on both sides, add pineapple juice, crushed pineapple, and coconut water. Let cook till chicken is done, on the stove top. Then remove chicken from pan. Add sugar.
  • Step 4
  • Mix quarter cup of pineapple juice and cornstarch. Add to juices stirring constantly when it thickens add chicken back into the sauce covering the chicken.
  • Step 5
  • Put into oven, after the chicken is coated. Let bake for 30 minutes
  • Step 6
  • Let sit 10 minutes serve hope you enjoy!

  • Serve with pina colada rice
