  • 1 head Pineapple
  • 2 cup Steamed jasmine rice / cook overnight
  • 1 cup Mix diced vegetables ,carrots,onion,pumpkin,bell peppers,snow peas,raisin
  • 1 clove Garlic/chopped
  • seasoning ingredients
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

How to Make Pineapple Fried Rice/ Vegetarian

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Pineapple Fried Rice/ Vegetarian in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In pan add olive oil ,turn on medium heat ,brown garlic and follow with mix diced vegetables ,stir to mix until all soft
  • Step 2
  • Add rice ,pineapple,stir to mix ,seasoning by sugar,salt,black pepper,sesame oil,curry powder,mix all well
  • Step 3
  • Transfer into pineapple bowl,brin to bake 5 mins ,enjoy :) ..

  • *** before make fried rice **** prepare pineapple bowls,by cut half ,use sharp knife to take pineapple meat out from shell ,trim the shells to make rice bowl ,got two bowls
