  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar or 1/2 cup Splenda
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
  • Topping
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 12 maraschino cherries
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar or brown sugar substitute

  • Turn off oven and leave door ajar. Add topping. Garnish with cherries. Let cool for 45 minutes to 1 hiur

  • Chill in fridge for 4 to 6 hours or over night.
  • Step 19
  • Serve and enjoy.
