  • 3 drops green food coloring
  • pistachio whipping
  • 1 quart heavy cream
  • 1 box pistachio pudding
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup drained crushed pineapples

How to Make Pistachio Pudding Cake

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Pistachio Pudding Cake in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • preheat oven to 350
  • Step 2
  • spray a 9x13 baking dish or 2 round 8"..set aside
  • Step 3
  • add flour, baking powder and dry pistachio pudding to a bowl mix and set aside. Now add eggs,sugar, butter, food coloring & vanilla to bowl wisk well. Now add in flour mix and milk incorporate well.
  • Step 4
  • add to baking dish & bake for 30-40 minutes
  • Step 5
  • whipping: add all ingredients together in standup mixer or hand mixer. whip till thickened. Now fold in your drained pineapples till combined.
  • Step 6
  • top your cake as desired garnish with chopped pistachios or nuts
