  • 6 Pita bread
  • 4 Portobello mash rooms
  • 3 yellow onions in slices
  • 3 garluc cloves chopped
  • 1 yellow pepper in slices
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinager
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cup shredded mozzarella

How to Make Pita Portobello

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Pita Portobello in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Slice the portobello add salt, pepper and 2tbsp of olive oil and set apart.
  • Step 2
  • In a saucepan add butter and the other 2 tbsp of olive oil and saute the onions and yellow peppers in medium heat for 15 minutes after they are golden .
  • Step 3
  • Add in the saucepan the portobello fry until soft and brown only 7 minutes add the balsamic vinager and side apart.
  • Step 4
  • Set on the sheet the pita bread and sprinkle on the top of each one the mozzarella broil in the oven until is melted (4) minutes.
  • Step 5
  • In the top of the bread and yhe sauté porrobello wrap like a cone and wrap with parchment paper and serve .
