  • 1 packages active dry yeast
  • 2 tsp salt

    Step 1
  • Mix together all dry ingredients
  • Step 2
  • Add oil and water and mix together
  • Step 3
  • Knead for 10 mins put in a lightly greased bowl cover and leave to double in size approximately 30 to 60 mins
  • Step 4
  • Press or roll out and put on a baking sheet. Top with topping of your choice. Cook on gas 7 for 20 mins
